ASAP Operator Members
We welcome applications from all professional serviced apartment and aparthotel Operators with two or more apartments, and serviced apartment Agents, who sign our Code of Conduct and meet its requirements of operating legally, transparently and to a high professional standard.
While it’s not required, we also encourage operators to get acknowledged accreditations, like the International Serviced Accommodation Accreditation Process (ISAAP), to give the buyer and guest an extra degree of confidence. Additionally, we suggest Members to reassure guests about their efforts to run a sustainable business.
We’d like to invite you to have a first informal conversation with Kim Ashmore, our Director of Memberships, who will be happy to go through the benefits, fees and details with you.
ASAP Membership Criteria
The purpose of ASAP is to promote the role of the professional serviced apartment and global corporate housing industry through increased awareness, whilst maintaining and driving the highest standards.
